The team at Bryan Honda is revealing the best time of the year to buy a vehicle, and they are unveiling their plans for their event.

According to Bryan Honda’s General Manager, Tim Roussell, the week after Christmas is known across the industry as the best secret sales day for the car industry. The time even has a name – industry pros call it the “13th Month” or “Undecember”, and during this time of the year, more autos are sold at deep discounts than any other time of the year.

Roussell, aka Mr. Big Volume, is preparing for Undecember by requesting an additional shipment of vehicles to sell. He has already been in the news for increasing Bryan Honda’s sales by 162% in November year over year.

Bryan Honda, North Carolina’s oldest auto dealership, is lighting the way for marketing and sales in the auto dealership industry. The dealership has recently been in the news on a national and international scale for their non-traditional sales and marketing strategies, including a Cyber Monday event in which the dealership sold select models in real-time directly on Facebook.

The new process fits hand-in-hand with Roussell’s overall goals for slashing lead times. “We’re always trying to stay on the cutting edge of technology. We studied and modeled our dealership from companies like Amazon, Netflix, and Zappos, and then we integrate our processes and systems to emulate them. You could call us Hondazon,” said Roussell.

Roussell has built multiple dealerships to leading sales volume records while displaying turnaround expertise time and time again. Before growing sales at Bryan Honda, Roussell practiced his industry expertise at other dealerships, bringing them from average sales records to first-in-class sales records. During his time at JM Lexus, Roussell brought the dealership’s sales from 100 vehicles per month to 800 per month. This made JM Lexus the #1 Lexus dealership in the entire world.

For Undecember 2016, Roussell plans to use a 100% iPad sales process, and this year, their team looks forward to testing out the waters while offering excellent Honda year end sales.
