“deCarta has been a key enabler of geo-spatial platform technology for almost 20 years. We helped enable vibrant app developer ecosystems in the 2000’s in Carrier based app ecosystems and now in the 2010’s with Smartphone based app ecosystems. This is why we are pleased to be participate in the Auto App Challenge because we believe that the nurturing of a vibrant developer community is crucial to the adoption of the next generation of Connected Automobiles,“ stated Michael Cottle, Vice President, Worldwide Sales at deCarta
“mySPIN is the new and secure link between the two (electronic) companions -car and smartphone- and it has much more potential than what has been tapped so far. There are plenty of more ideas out there – and Bosch SoftTec does not claim to have the best in-house, and we know that there are many people out there with brilliant ways to add value to the concept of “your smartphone connected to your car – to any car,“ explained Kay Herget, Global Head of Marketing and Product Management at Bosch SoftTech.
