It has been just announced that Liverpudlian comedy superstar John Bishop will be heading out on a UK arena tour next year and will be hitting Cardiff, Manchester and Newcastle Upon Tyne as well as London’s premier music and entertainment venue, the O2 on October 24th 2012.
John Bishop has had an amazing couple of years with a sold out tour last autumn and numerous TV appearances including Mock the Week, QI, 8 out of 10 cats, Live at the Apollo and his own observational stand up show, ‘John Bishop’s Britain’, on BBC One.
John’s mixture of observational humour, cheeky charm and sharp wit makes for a great stand up show that has seen his tours, one off shows and stand-up DVDs all sell really well. In fact, his 2010 DVD ‘Elvis has left the building tour’ is said to be the fastest selling stand up DVD ever.
