The new brunch menu features a variety of egg dishes that are both traditional and innovative. Diners will be able to choose the standard fare that includes eggs served any style with a side of bacon, sausage, home fried and fruit. The menu also includes several omelet choices including a feta cheese omelet, the spinach omelet and an Italian omelet. Each omelet features unique ingredients that reflect the nature of each omelet and that give the diner an innovative culinary experience. For those who want to try a more non-traditional brunch option, the menu features items like salmon and eggs, red and green shakshuka and fire roasted eggplant.
Brunch is served at the Blue Planet Grill on Saturdays and Sundays from opening until 3:00 PM.
